Lol lower turnout for Blacks this year so why would you expect us to be back at normal levels in 2020? Clinton and all her baggage wasn't the only reason why we didnt go hard this election cycle . More and more we are gonna realize the whole election cycle is bullshyt. As for running on Obama's popularity, you guys really are overstating Obama's popularity right now and his high approval ratings. Lets not forget it had partly to do with Trump looking so bad that even Obama haters preferred him and the economy being good. But after he won, we see all these reports about how his popularity is rising(Trump).
We have to be careful with the mentality that because Obama is "popular" that it means much, how many times do we hear cacs say oh i dont like her husband but i really love Michelle. Yeah they like her because she isnt doing anything that controls them. People are fickle. Lets not forget how they talked shyt about her in 2008.
Back to Biden though, bringing up the crime bill would be enough lol. He would go at him the same way he did with Bill Clinton and NAFTA. Trump's election was a whitelash and a rebuke of Obama yet some of yall still seem to have learned nothing and are here talking about "Obama's popularity" as if Biden can easily ride off his popularity in 2020 after there was a clear message sent on November 9th.

The crime bill won't effect Biden much because Sanders supported it too. So that's a mute point. By the time 2020 rolls around, a bunch of Trump's supporters will turn against him when he backtracks on some of the promises of his campaigns and bad decisions are made. While some white people are loyal will back Trump no matter what, others are benedict arnold's and quick to turn on each other.
Biden was there in The Situation Room when Obama had to make tough choices. Plus he had direct involvement in foreign policy and other administration motives. He wasn't a Vice President in name only. He had authority. He can highlight the successes of those moments to show why he's the better choice.
Biden comes off more heartfelt, believable and charismatic than sociopath Hilary. I don't see how Trump beats Biden.
Like I said, Jay Z should run just for press. However, I would want to see Biden jump in the 2020 race.
