You have Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan and Qatar dropping them things on ISIS. Thats a win for Obama imo. Also, not sure if that 15 number is correct. Ive seen Syrians in Twitter say it's 10? Either way, somewhere between 10-15 civilians were killed in an area with no Isis existence
