I live in Louisiana and a lot of the small rural areas here already like that.

Place might have a population of 500 people and out of that only two Black families live there and sometimes it’s completely White.

For some reason, most Black people prefer large metro hubs while Whites prefer the suburbs and more rural areas.

Outside of the medium to small cities (N.O., B.R., Shreveport, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Monroe, Alexandria) the whole damn state is rural and redneck.
