Thinking about trying something else though.
Why?

Shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie, cold label pomade and 7 juices and berries oil. Sumtimes I put shea butter in there after I condition my hair
Thats alot of products....

The forming cream is fine when my hair is short, but as it grows, the hold isn't quite as great.

I have an old tub of Krew Comb, which is similar in texture to the American Crew Fiber.
But I don't like the smell of the Krew Comb and it's a pain in the ass to wash out. I've never tried the Fiber so that might be a go next time.

I have stayed away from pomades, even though they'd probably work well in my hair. I just hear pomades can be hard to wash out.

I actually don't mind paying the $20 if it's good.
And if you think about it, 6 ounces is not terrible, considering the American Crew 3oz tubs sell for like $18 in stores....and close to $14 online (Amazon does have a 2-for-$24 deal sometimes).

It's not a $4 LA Looks bottle of hair gel, but you tend to get what you pay for
