The "dogman" in the first clip apparently travels by car because it has a car parked right next to it. And the car seems to start pulling away halfway through the clip which causes the camera to quickly pan away then pan back with the car gone.

So I guess these super-secret dogmen that no one ever gets a decent picture of.....are actually hanging out in broad daylight in highly populated areas next to cars pulling in and out?
