Anyway, like 2yrs ago...I was on snapchat.
And some female that I know did something like this... straight called some dude a rapist and put his name out there

I didnt know this nikka from a can of paint.
But I hit him up... I told him what was being said about him...

And he was very appreciative.
Atleast gave him a chance to know what was up and defend himself... or go to the authorities.

First off, I think that any third party making anonymous accusations like that public is fukking bullshyt. It should never happen.


That being said, it's pretty ironic that people in this thread are going off about all the shyt that should happen to people who make false accusations.....while they make false accusations.

There's no list of rapists. There's nothing that even looks like a list of rapists. It's very clearly stated at every level that it's a list of sexual harassers/abusers. And there's zero evidence that anyone made any "false" accusations. The young man very well may have partaken in that exact verbal sexual harassment/abuse that he's accused of.

Like I said, her putting out that list was still bullshyt. No one should publicly report other people's anonymous accusations without a real investigation. It's fukked up because the accused cannot defend themselves against the anonymous.

But there was no false rape accusation. That claim is simply made up.

No one is making false accusations. We're not going to suddenly place importance on semantics when they clearly didn't.

You don't put two distinct offences under the same umbrella and then throw someone under it without context. It is clear that everyone under the umbrella will be tarred and feathered with the same brush as the worst offender.

If that conversation was really what this shyt was about, then unless there's something missing there then I don't see how the hell that would be "sexual assault". And if a convo like that between two consenting students is "sexual harassment" then the college experience has been totally fukked over.

But honestly, I think the list was bullshyt whether or not he did anything horrible. Cause you can't just go at people for secondhand anonymous rumors without investigation like that.

Assuming that that tweet is indeed what happened:

- the argument that would be used would be that he slept with her knowing how she felt, and how he didn't, just to get what he wanted and bounce.
- of course the corollary logic flowchart where she slept with him hoping he'd like her more is inevitably left out for convenience.



And yes...the college dynamic is all over the place. Zealots took a legit problem and shoved the pendulum all the way over. Zero balance.

Really, it's the school(s) that needs to get burned for this. There wasn't even a trial or an investigation or anything; just an "informal" accusation that I found out about when they issued the fukking punishment for it. At first, I just thought that was administrative incompetence or corruption...and while there WAS plenty of that, there was something even more insidious at the heart of it.

See, it only happens to black men from underprivileged backgrounds on that campus and has apparently been going on for decades. This college only accepts the highest achieving students they can find, which means every student enrolled there left high school ALREADY on the path that leads to a high income job...but black students - black men in particular - disproportionately leave that school with their academic and/or criminal records compromised; compromised in ways that block us from getting anything but menial jobs. I went from being an intern with the mayor of my hometown to waiting tables for five fukking years.

Put into that context, it feels less like administrative incompetence and more like the systematic elimination of the potential for black wealth.

The REALLY scary part is that this is happening at colleges across the country. At every single one of these Ivy League schools or "elite" PWIs. It flies under the radar though because
1. Who wants to publicly out themselves as an accused rapist?
2. Black men have always been painted as violent beasts who can't control their sexual urges so no one thinks twice when one of us gets accused of rape
3. We're not white so we can't sue these schools for fukking us over (I tried to lawyer up and no one would even take a meeting with some poor black kid trying to go against one of the oldest schools in the state)
4. We're not white so we don't shoot up these schools for fukking us over

I probably shoulda went to an HBCU
