I was swimming in the ocean a couple years back, just fukking around against the waves. After awhile, I started getting a little winded so I got out. Without realizing it, I was about a mile from where I started, and walking back, on the sand, I was doubled over breathing hard as fukk, thought I was gonna have a heart attack. Hardest workout I ever had, without even realizing it, and I walk.jog at least 10 miles every single day (1 rest day about every 2 weeks). Water and fire are 2 things that my pop told me are as strong as p*ssy.I've only been swimming a few times. My cousin taught me how to swim. From how he explained it, you're back must be straight, you keep up your upper legs more than lower, and your arms stretch out. It's kinda like put your body through ground trenches but you're moving faster.
Swimming fun, but it's hard cardio.
