keyword here is Federal agent. as in the entire country is their territorial jurisdiction. It doesn't matter if it happened on a plane, train, or ya momma backyard. If you assault a federal agent anywhere in the United States that's a violation of federal law. They have the authority to arrest you.

She didn't, she was trying to game the system. I see white people pulling these scams all the time. Get a foot in the door, then take the TV. I watched a white woman a few months ago at the grocery store complaining about the price of something with a coupon after she paid up. Then, went back inthe aisles with her WHOLE CART to return one item. I knew she was going to load up then walk out like "I already paid"
