Pelle Pelle leathers, Iceberg History, Mitchell and Ness throwback jerseys, Evisu, all Polo everything, every urban brand was black owned or was kept in business by black dollars. 
You can't really clown early 2000's fashion too much when nikkas nowadays are literally Gangstalicous with Gucci man purses,
wearing more designer and jewelry than bytches, rocking chunky man heel Balenciagas, showing every body they drawers wearing spandex tight skinny jeans.
