You're just creating a hypothetical situation. On the contrary, IRL we have examples like the Carmine's mask fight, where staff untrained in hand-to-hand combat also struggled to gain control over the situation initially, but did not detain any black women on the floor as you suggested.
I've worked in a hotel before and none of us were trained or interested in hand-to-hand combat. Actual police officers have trouble restraining people without a taser, gun or threat of jail time. What do you think a front desk worker is supposed to do? Do you expect the staff at a movie theater to be skilled at breaking up fights for example?
Also, they didn't 'let' her get loose. She broke free from them. There's two female employees, two guy the same size as the woman and a +50 years old dude. This isn't some hit squad lol. I rewatched the video on mute and saw some solid man-to-man coverage on the white chick
Long story short, I think the disconnect is around framing.
Your perspective: A white woman causes chaos and the black man gets asked to leave. This proves how racist the staff/system is.
My perspective: A black man (rightfully) defended himself and no-one in the video treats him as the aggressor. ALL of the staff is focused on restraining the woman even after the black man KO's the husband. No one is trying to detain the black man until police comes or blame him for the unconscious man on the ground. I still don't understand how any of the staff's actions are a sign of implicit/systemic racism like you suggest.
