That's a fact. talks of "weak minds" or "chemical imbalances" aren't constructive.
Should be you instead of him, go dig a hole next to your pops grave and burry yourself in it you’re useless.

RIP young king. You had so much ahead of you. If only you knew this dark feeling can eventually be overcome. :mjcry:

Smart-dumb babble 101.

you're welcome to offer something smart-smart.

Pretty telling that many of you can't digest very straightforward posts based on the actual evidence. The guy made an assessment, a calculation and followed some pretty clear steps to end his life, going as far as leaving a lengthy goodbye post.

What you're saying is the equivalent of a rich person looking at a poor person and calling them lazy just because they're poor or saying they should work harder. I worked hard and got rich so why can't everyone else? They must be lazy.

The poor person can be the hardest working person in the city, working round the clock just to make ends meet.

But to the rich person who doesn't understand, they just need to work harder. Not everything is that simple breh
Flawed logic. Just because you’re rich doesn’t mean you worked hard and just because you’re poor doesn’t mean you’re lazy. There are external forces that go beyond your personal actions for either person to arrive at that outcome. This is not the case with suicide. It can only happen with personal action regardless of external influence. That is the essence of suicide.

I don’t know why y’all try to coddle people who commit suicide by acting like it’s brave and becoming defensive when it’s seen as weak. You do no one a service in doing that.

Saw this earlier this week. I couldn't possibly imagine what goes through folks heads when they've had enough. No amount of "help" or "talking to a professional" can help some and that shyt makes me sad.

There's a player from a sports team I follow that is dealing with suicidal thoughts and I dread the day that I wake up and hear he took his own life.
R u talking about the black NFL player I don't think the 1 I follow still plays that openly talks about his suicidal ideation n thoughts n b asking 4 help n gets ignored

Suicide is a last desperate attempt to escape an unwinnable battle.

There is nothing cowardice about deciding that eternal rest is better than perpetual suffering, an to go against your instinct while doing so.

Weak minds self-harm and try to end the game early....

i used to think like that about people who commit suicide, but fact is you dont know what that person been through and how it might've affected them mentally.

the black folks that choose to jump off that boat and died instead of being enslaved & being treated less than human for 400+ years wasnt weak at all.

I liked the post out of empathy for what breh went through and what led him to the choice that he made. I've attempted suicide before and still struggle with suicidal thoughts and ideations to this day.

Just because you have people in your life it doesn't mean they can even remotely understand, relate or empathize with what's going on. And even when you get help a lot of times it isn't adequate. What you are trying to get help for may just be what's on the surface and what's really going on is much deeper. And sometimes the person that you build a rapport with isn't actually trained to address your issues at the root. Healing may take a really long time and the pain really can get to be too much and there is no light left. But it's really hard to explain to someone who's never experienced not being able to feel any joy anymore, that level of hopelessness and despair, when life seems bleak and you cant see light at the end of the tunnel anymore. They world literally loses color, the tones duller and you cant feel the things that make outside outside

I hope breh has found his peace beyond this life. I pray all those having a heard time find theirs as well.
