No it ain’t. We are not heathens, I don’t want a lower standard. I’m tired of our people trying to normalize running from police. So there is nothing wrong with differentiating between him running the stop sign and pulling over vs him running the stop sign then going on a chase. Neither warrant a beating…but I’m tired of people blatantly leaving shyt out in an attempt to mold your opinion. In theory I’m pretty sure the PC would be he’s evading the police after a traffic stop

Them nikkas beating him has to be the lawsuit, one officer had his foot on his head/neck on some Floyd shyt. There’s no way that can be justified

Sadly you may be right.

My issue is a traffic infraction doesn't give police the right to search your car, unless they see or smell something that would justify the search. They didn't have any proof of any other law breaking to give them cause to search the car or house but the evading the cops part might give them the pc justification.

I mean..if you lead cops on a high speed chase that sounds like probable cause .
