Breh a furnished studio is considered luxury, nowdays. Meaning that you have the luxury to afford your own place in the city. Add on a communal gym, and you will be paying them luxury prices.

This is true. My mom lives in a mediocre apartment. Pays an above average rent. But she's 2 blocks away from a Level 1 Trauma Center, an hour away from multiple major cities, an amusement park, etc. Your fukkin right, sometimes your paying for proximity, which is fine.
