Being productive means controlling the means to production. That ship sailed along time ago for the native born African American. We are a permanent consumer class. We are finished
I am not saying that at all. What i am saying is that black people that are doing well should focus on ways to build and pass down that wealth. Also that involves leaving areas that are crime ridden if you can. It sucks but you cant stay in impoverished areas when you are doing good, you become even more of a target.
There is going to be a disproportionate amount of black people in poverty for a long time, but that does not mean we can not have others that are doing good. We have that now but we need more.
