It’s called basic respect. She trying to make an honest living. I drove for Amazon and the amount of deliveries you have to do at times, you try to save as much time as possible. It’s just sad, because they pretty much cost that woman her job. And for what?

All Amazons fault. A lot of times drivers can’t leave the warehouse on time because it’s understaffed and packages aren’t ready to load. DSP’s are all about finishing the routes as fast as possible because if they’re too slow they won’t get a lot of work. And drivers are simply overloaded.

You could have multiple deliveries in a big ass apartment complex which takes time. Same with buildings with multiple deliveries on multiple floors. As a driver, if you’re too slow, you won’t get steady work.

Amazon should use the same tech Uber uses where customers can track where their package is in real time.

Basically, the whole process would run better if they spent more money, but they’re too cheap for that.

Another one those you can have the job if you want it but ah..... you probably don't want it. For like two years my mom was trying get me to work at Amazon, then the horror stories came out.

honestly they need to just open up pick up locations. I know they already have it set up where you can pick up from those locker things at some stores, but then you're depending on store hours.
