I think the consensus here is that it doesn’t matter what race the aggressor is, being followed and harassed by someone is scary.

Yep, that's how I shook Spanish dude. I walked right up to a cabbie who was taking a break like, "THIS nikka IS FOLLOWING ME." He was a young-ish African dude, very respectful and helpful. I waited with him til my peoples showed up.
