There is a difference between cold approaching and harrassment and there seems to be few brehs here who don't know the difference. Ask a chick for her number and spitting some game should come to a stop if the woman is legit not interested. If she's playing "hard to get" she is usually simultaneously giving vibes she's not totally turned off and just teasing.

If she looks angry and bluntly say no and trying to get the fukk away then that is a sign it's over and done and you need to move on.

Someone with reasonable social skills should be able to read what situation he is in.
