That shyt works if you on a quiet ass street where nothing ever happens, but if you in an actual hood that shyt don't work at all. You on a street with a bunch of bad ass kids running around, J's all over the place doing what J's do, crying and yelling when they dope sick, fighting over the blast with the other J's when they score, and doing crazy shyt like singing and dancing at 3 AM after they get lit. You in the midst of all that and aint nobody about to bat an eye over some screaming, as unfortunate as that fact is. Some random shots will at least bring some folks to the window, even then others still won't give a fukk. And folks talking bout knives but posting pics of folding knives? If you going the knife route least use a switchblade, the 2-3 seconds its gonna take the get that folding joint out from where ever it is and actually get the blade out is going to make whatever plans you had for the perp null and void cuz he up on you by then. If you can't get a switch blade just a basic fukking razor is batter than a folding knife, folding knives are for hunting, not protecting life and limb against strangers out in the streets where every second counts. Plus, you pull a knife on a dude who has done some serious time, and its about a 50/50 chance he not phased by it at all. He may not have been in a shank fight in the pen, but he at least practiced what to do in one while he was in there. And we talking bout the type of dude who would run up on a woman and do something like this, chances are he probably has done some bids. Pepper spray is a joke, seen that first hand. Lotta people fumble it, some people spray themselves, and if like I said before sometimes even if you do get it off you could end up fukking yourself up. Cant even see right to run and get away cuz your eyes and balance is fukked up too. I aint saying them things don't work, proof positive is in this very thread, that sister sliced that dude and got away, And thank the ancestors for that too. But my thing is those things don't work as well as guns, and in a life and death situation, or a situation that you could live thru but you traumatized having to go sit on a couch the rest of your days, why even take that chance?
