Right now I'm feeling like @LA Fisher did before he got his lazy eye fixed. :wow:
Right now I'm feeling like @BocaRear did when his barber messed up his hairline. :wow:

Lately I've been feeling real insecure about my teeth game. As a kid, my teeth were much worse, but as I grew older, my teeth sort of pushed together correctly as I grew into my face, if that makes sense.

But, I'm afraid my two front teeth might be :flabbynsick: status right now. :sadbron: There's a gap between them and they're much larger than the teeth around them.

Most people, including my dentist, have told me it's really not that noticeable. But dudes always wanna roast me about my teeth when they get pissed at me, but broads say that it's not that noticeable and that it actually makes my smile more attractive.

I can't tell if it's nikkas just hatin' or broads trying not to hurt my feelings, so I'm going to let thecoli decide. I'm a college student and I don't wanna waste money on getting it fixed if it's not necessary. So here we go...

If getting it fixed is an option for you...then yeah get that fixed. I mean that to say, it's not THAT bad, but if you have the means to get it fixed, then go for it. nh

Thing is though, my dentist and my Dad are both saying "just wait a little bit, you're still growing, you're not even 20 yet. Once you grow into your face a little bit more they will push together." So I'm stuck here trying not to waste money but at the same time trying to step my tooth game up. :patrice:

*Edit

I can't imagine why your dentist would be telling you to wait on it :patrice:

Everyone's got their insecurities.

If you can afford it and you wanna do it, go ahead, breh.

Eventually your friends will stop joking about that shyt.
Or you will get new friends who won't care.

But if it's going to bother YOU...then you should probably do it.

Thing is though, when I was a kid and had even worse teeth, I had a dentist that specialized with kids (I forgot what they're called), who said the same thing. And I thought it was bullshyt at first but they were right. Which is why I'm hesitant right now.

If you end up doing it (I plan on getting mine closed for the second time :damn:) WEAR YOUR RETAINER. Spacing opens up SO quick. If your oral hygiene is good, ask your orthodontist about the possibility of a 1-1 permanent retainer (just a little wire bonded on the back of your two front teeth) to keep it closed. That's my plan.... since I was a lazy ass and didn't practice what I preach.

Get a second job then. Save as much as possible. 20 bucks here, 100 here, 10 here. Hell, you get a refund from school and also a tax refund if your working. Use that towards it. No excuses. The same goes for any purchase.

If you find value in it then do it, but if it doesn't make a difference to you then don't. I had braces and I honestly don't think it would be worth you spending 4-5k just to close a small gap and a little bit of crowding on your bottom row:ld:. Your teeth in my opinion dont look THAT bad.
