Of course...they want Carlton Banks/Boyz II Men brehs in these jobs....while cacs routinely dress like homeless people and have nazi tattoos won't ever get called out....

As long as you do your job and are professional, hairstyle should be irrelevant....

yup so they can feel safe and superior.

shyt is dumb as hell.

the whole of western society is built on the very fragile and unstable foundation of White Insecurity.

I've seen other people in my department who have them and they are longer than mine.

We work in the back office but I am now a manager so I just don't want to come off on professional but it's just are to me and I love how they look on anybody especially black woman
Rock them with pride then. If they make you feel good fukk them cacs.

They try to fire you pull out your phone and tell them you need to make a call real quick

Cacs: oh you're gonna call 911? :smugbiden:

Lol gator reloaded: nope worse. BLM :umad:

Cacs: :merchant:

There’s several black people with locks where I work and also in leadership positions. No one cares man because all that matters is executing the role of your position.

New Jersey passed the “C.R.O.W.N Act” last year basically making it illegal to discriminate us based on our hair in the workplace and school. 1 of 3 states to have a law like that. I just started my dreadlock journey so we will see how things play out for me and my hair :mjpls:

Yes the only approved hairstyle by cacs in the workplace for black men is bald or Caesar.

Nope. My office is FULL of CACs. They got upset when I cut mine off 15 months ago. Started growing them back when COVID-19 started up.

Biggest issue is Caucasian women ALWAYS wanna touch them. Was a REAL problem when they were 2' long. Now, not so much.
