just got back from DR yesterday, after being there for a whole year.
the barbershop i used to go to also had women but not as good looking lol (still attractive).

they wouldnt cut your hair . Just massage your face and then wash your head.
All that plus the cut for just $18.

This is also consider a high-end barbershop , you could get a cheaper
haircut for like 3-5 bucks.
