I get it, I get it...the great Timmy D., and yea Duncan is better in the post, but Davis is not that far behind and with his athleticism and jumper he could end up being better than Tim in the post...more along the lines on Olajuwon:yeshrug:(I'd take Hakeem over Tim in the post honestly :francis:)

Everytime I see this nicca AD..... I just still cant get over how the NBA screwed Charlotte. I'm not even a Hornets fan but its was foul how they rigged the league and gave them this draft yet alone all them other years Cavs got that undeserving #1 pick 3 times. Everyone just knew AD was coming to the Bobcats that season but then Stern did some sinister shyt :mjlol:

I like Cuz, but his horrible turnover rate and inconsistent focus defensively keeps him from being better than AD who's just the more reliable player at this point in their careers. Maybe that changes under Karl and he finally puts it all together, we'll see.

Preach it - these historically ignorant fools have some selective memories.

It's like they don't remember that there was an era when only man defense was legal.

It's like they don't remember there was an era when players didn't know how to switch and defenses didn't even scheme against particular players.

It's like they don't remember there was an era when no one played defense until the playoffs.

It's like they don't remember there was an era when big men couldn't shoot and no one was ever going to pull your big fat star out to the 3pt-line or run multiple picks on him to forces switches and screw up matchups.

It's like they don't remember there was an era when most of the teams were absolute trash and most of the stars ganged up on a few select teams.

The game has changed. There's a hell of a lot more talent, a hell of a lot more options, and players/coaches know a hell of a lot more about basketball than they ever did before. Those fools just can't handle that their one-on-one, stick-the-stars on three teams league doesn't look as lopsided anymore.

I have to agree. I seen it when KAT was at Kentucky. With that said, Towns improvement from college to his 1st year was ample while Davis regressed due to size and lack of position. Towns playing with KG and other vets makes an ample difference. I have to give Flip credit, he learned that you can't have young players with other young players like he did in WAS. RIP Flip.
