29, 30 this November. Still doing great. I don't think my prime years will end at 40. I eat well, train hard and can see my prime years probably ending at late 40s. So the way I see it, as long as I take very good care of myself I've got at least 20 more years left before I accept

Gonna have to start eating better on a consistent basis before I join Larry Holmes gardens. I still look younger than a lot of people that are younger than me probably cause I don't do drugs or drink, but my cheeks are getting kind of puffy and my gut too.

Ive lived the college life graduated with my bachelor's back in 2006


I'm married with 3 kids all from my wife and we both have been fixed so no more kids

I have already purchased a home, I own 2 cars one being a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country mini van

I'm content for now, currently working on moving up in my current position at my job.
