Some shyt is nagging but some is literally valid communication.
My issue with men complaining about nagging is that men will sometimes neglect stuff and KNOW they neglecting shyt, then complain that we are nagging when we address it. It's really a manipulation tactic men use to get women off their backs because u actually didn't want to do the shyt anyway.
Setting: Dude fukked up the kitchen and left shyt dirty. Dishes, countertops messed up. Food left out. Because he just wants to eat and get to back to his online game with his friends. U don't say anything and it bothers u, but you and him have had conversations before about keeping areas clean and everybody doing their part. U don't want to clean up behind him because it sets a bad precedent and he told u last time ya'll talked that he would do his part. Cool.
Day 2: Them dishes still in the damn sink.
U giving him an opportunity. Don't say anything. But ur afraid of bugs and don't want roaches and shyt. Just let it go.
Day 3: U bought groceries. Tired from getting off from work.
You want to cook but because he STILL hasn't cleaned up, now u have to clean up the kitchen, cook and then clean up again.
So after walking past those same dirty ass dishes three days in a row you say "Hey babe, can u do the dishes so I can start cooking?"
Him: "Yeah I'll get em in a second."
Really he's testing u hoping that u will do it and if u ask him again, all of a sudden it's "nagging".
This is the type of shyt that makes me wanna cut dudes. Don't accuse me of nagging when u know good and damn well u just don't wanna do it. U tryin to turn me into the bad guy and accuse me of bothering u when if ur doing what u said u would do, I wouldn't bother u at all.
Some chicks do legitimately nag. But sometimes ya'll be trippin and KNOW u be trippin. That's what gets me. U literally KNOW u playin games but gon pretend like I'm being emotional. Stop it!
