With body fat as low as yours, if you upped your calories a bit and exercised 3x a week you would see gains almost immediately depending on how tall you are. Plus you would enjoy it (that's really the point anyway); exercise is a great stress reliever.
I would at least work on my legs and back if I were you. Make sure you eat a lot of lean protein.
