30 is the perfect age.

You know yourself, your money is right, physical is right, women of all ages checking you out, if you have no kids, it's like having superpowers.

A year into my 30s and I don't even feel I've hit my prime...

Physically I feel good. I've always been an "early to rise, early to sleep" guy, so I've been getting tired at 9-10pm for years. Don't feel differently now...

I don't have less energy, I don't have nagging aches and pains, I have all my hair. I have one gray strand in my beard and like 7 or 8 on my chest, none on my head, but I can't wait until I can get the salt and pepper beard shyt popping...

Mentally and emotionally I'm sharper than at any point in my past. I wouldnt want to feel the exact way or be the exact way I was at an earlier point, I can't really conceive why somebody would...

My GOAT era has just begun, my 30s and 40s are gonna be dope. Embrace aging, fellas (and ladies). With aging comes wisdom and a higher knowledge of self and the world around you. Women are available if you're 24 or 44, your wealth, whatever that means to you, your wealth and financial literacy should increase with age, etc...

I would never want to be in my 20s again. Been there, done that, it was cool for what it was when I was there, that door is closed. Embrace aging, black men (and women)!

It sucks I’m 37 , and going through my rebellious stage. I was square as hell in my teens and early 20s now it’s all catching up to me.:mjcry:

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
I think people equate age, to where you're supposed to be financially.

if you're 30 and you're still trying to figure out what you want to do, or still have the mentality of a 19 - 22 year old, then the rest of your life will be hard.

the more you're not prepared to succeed, the more work you will have to do just to stay afloat.

You will either be sailing on a boat in you're 30's and up, swimming, or treading water trying not to drown.

Stress accelerates the aging process.

Im 30 and i havent aged a dat since 22:manny:

I still get carded in casinos and some lounges. Im in better shape at 30 too but i was never :flabbynsick: at that age. I did start noticing my hairline thinning slightly but most ppl cant tell and they call me paranoid. My knees feel the best they ever had since nearly tore all the cartilage in my right knee (squats and deadlifting). My skin is ever clearer.

I mostly drink water and i try my best to avoid sugars. Some nights i fall asleep at 9pm and others like 3am.... that may be my sleep disorder though.

30 is quite young.

Any age where if you dropped dead right now and people would say “he’s gone too soon” isn’t “old”

As long as you’re taking care of yourself you’re in for a bit of a surprise when you get to 30, 35, 40 and you can still move around etc.

The majority of the boogeymen issues people tell you about those ages just aren’t true

Except for hangovers.

A day comes and it’s different for everyone where they become all weekend events to recover from

You go from jumping outta bed like

And it comes for you practically overnight.

So damn true. Hangovers lasting 2 to 3 days and shyt now.

It's all relative you generally don't realize it's not that old until a few years past 30 though.

It is old. But once you reach 29.5 and you cant meet the definition of "young-person", you must redefine "old" to match your ego. Its more of a woman problem tho, most dudes will just accept it and keep it pushing.
