I'm turning 26 in a few months. I I feel as good as I did in higg scbool. U telling me in 5 short yrs ill be flabby and shyt?


Honestly it should be around 40 where its acceptable when u fall off...

Its not. Im 31 and bench almost 400lbs and run a 4.6, and everybody says i look young.

30, dont feel old but I am in a good spot at 30 so i am not complaining much. My knees definitely is not the same but i work out consistently.

I'm 37. The difference I feel at this age as opposed to how I felt at 22 is negligible. You really never feel old, you just always feel like you. At least from my experience so far. Now maybe I'll start feeling old once I notice a change in my everyday life and appearance, once I hit late 40s/50s, but I doubt it.

It’s not a big change from 29 to 30 or 26 to 30 for that matter. You can be flabby and sick when you’re 26.

Theres so many things programmed or taught to us when we were youth later to find out it was bull shyt .
I see it like im in my 2nd prime ala jordan or lebron. Im mentally, spiritually, physically and financially superior than I was at even 25. I know what i can tolerate, I know more of how the world works and i just give FAR less fukks about anything general than i did in mid early 20s.


If you put the work in early you should be cruising in your 30s all around
