See...no amount surgery, botox etc., can make you look that young unless you're already youngish looking naturally.

Most people can be youthful in terms of energy, health etc., but looking like that....you gotta have good genes. Like being in-shape is one thing but breh could easily pass for 50 and pull women in their late 30s or 40s, women young enough to be his granddaughter...and it wouldn't even look weird.

It just blows me how Bill majestically aged like shyt within a whole few years. Like when he took a break from Ghostbusters to do Scrooged, dude looked like he was pushing 50, then from Space Jam to that Submarine movie, he ended up looking like a soulless corpse.
