Definitely not cool and not condoning, but they for sure weren’t just random kids selling water. Too many specifics stated. Dude mentions their block, his crew, a specific dude from their side and almost sounds like he’s about to say with all that bumping on the internet, but I could have misheard. With that said, it’s the building up of more gang/hood beef. This was definitely done to emasculate them and not to rob them for money sake.
