Everytime you post in my thread (a nikka you hate because you obsessed with me) you suck on my dikk. And every comment is you forcing it down an inch deeper. Can you even breath with my dikk this far down your throat you bag of fakkitry?
The man is clearly gay and had/is having a mental breakdown. This is how he chooses to express himself, typing up some kind of gay erotica fantasy...he wrote "sharpen my hard skills" and i decided to exit stage left.

Always thought that shyt was bogus. Its a bunch of Napoleons on the other end of that stuff. Imma do like yall said and stay with my steel mill (its not a bad job but I felt the other job was a far better opportunity, so I jumped it. Wouldn't we all?). I was planning stay here anyway if I didnt get a callback (which I didnt).
Keep sucking bytch nikka.
I do have reliable transportation. IM the reliable transportation lol. Not my first time doing I did it for a while when I was at the USPS.
So some of yall know Im currently at this steel mill, been there for almost half a year now. But Ive still been looking other jobs to sharpen my hard skills and stimulate my mind, something that lines up with my interests and knowledge. Its this one place Ive applying to for a MINUTE now, they make cinderblocks out of sand, water, rock and other shyt; arrange the cinderblocks on skids and ship them out to customers and shyt. Applied for the machine operator position 3 times (once in October of 2022, once in February 2023, and once last month). The first two times the stopped considering my application after a bit. The third time I said "Ill be DAMNED if this happens again". So after a month of not hearing anything I called the HR department and conveyed to them that I applied for the position and wanted to reiterate my interest by checking on my application status.
She asked my name, the location I applied for and shyt like that. We got done and she said shed pass the message on to the hiring manager. Two weeks passed with no communication (mind you my application still says "In progress", after applying over a month ago) so I call again. This time I called the number of the exact location. Talked to a receptionist, she patched me through to a supervisor, he was aware that no one had ever got back to me and wanted me to come in for an interview and asked when I could come in. I told him "tomorrow at 12" (the Tuesday that just passed). Okay so I get my ass up and walk 3 hours to this damn interview because I REALLY want/(ed) this job (aside it from paying very well, the job description matched my interests and exactly what Ive looking for. And I was 15 minutes early to the interview).
Im greeted by some guy (not the guy who was supposed to interview me) and we go in the office to begin the shyt. He was aware of me applying yet not hearing anything from anybody and taking it upon myself to call and pretty get something set up. He asked me to tell him about myself so I gave him an encapsulation of my work history. He then described to me what the job entails and then we take a tour. He shows me around and shyt and dissects the minutiae of the whole damn process, then we go back to the office and he talks to me about benefits and other perquisites and shyt. He ask for my number and email and says you should hear something next week if not this week. We shake hands and I withdraw myself from the establishment.
When I get home I go the website and check the status of my application and see the date has updated (from May/something/2023 to 6/20/2023, 6/20 was the day of the interview). Checked again today at midnight and now it says "Application no longer being considered". IM AM PISSED. I want to hold hope and say that was an error because I JUST did the interview now even 48 hours ago. Why in the hell would they have me come up for an interview just to toss me in the trash now 2 days later? And I walked 3 hours man wtf?
Part of me cant help but feel like they already knew they were going to decline my application when they scheduled me to come up there for an interview. But like I said I want to stay positive because Ive been wanting this job for a minute now and the interview seemed like it went pretty well. The guy didnt ask me all those gay ass question like "Tell me about a time..." "Lets say....." "Give an example of when..." Just described what I would be doing and broke down the pros and cons. Im thinking about calling them sometime next week and see whats up. What do yall think?
Receptionist: Sir They’re Ready To See You Now, Just Walk In
OP:
You still walked 3 hours uphill both ways for a job making stone blocks.
Bingo . I interviewed so many people the last few years( especially during the pandemic) abd if they said or did something I didn’t like I’d spend most of the time just talking about the basic requirements of the position and schedule to kill time anf then ask if they had questions and end it .For future reference, that's a sign you didn't get the job. They might seem like "gay ass questions" but ultimately they're verifying your CV and checking whether or not you're suitable for the job.
When employers spent the majority of the time talking about the job and showing you around the office, they're wasting time.
Well a person who can spend 3 hours walking to an interview as opposed to taking a rideshare shows some kind of problem solving issues to me . You can get the money back for the ride especially if you get the job but you can’t get those hours back . Also no offense but quirky people are hard to hire because you have to weight how that personality will be dealing with everyone every dayI could be reading too deep, but this stands out to me. Why not take a rideshare to the interview? I wonder if the thought-process that leads to that choice also manifests itself in other ways that may lead you to not getting the job offer.
Im not downplaying the benefits of walking or the affects of increased carbon pollution. However the person that thinks it's better to walk 3 hours to an important job interview rather than spend $30 may be a little unorthodox. There's generally nothing wrong with that, but hiring managers could be put off if your personality as a whole is a little too unconventional.
nikka couldn't catch an UBER???Once they saw your black ass they bushed you… I’m guessing you couldn’t have it if you were white or black from your name..
And my G you really walked 3 hrs to an interview?
