So I have been losing weight I have lost 18lbs over the last 2 months. I am trying to get down to 175. I am now 187 I have been stuck at between 186-188 for the past 2 weeks. I have tried different things such as 2 cardio sessions a day and morning cardio evening weight. I have even changed my diet up.
How come I can't lose the last 10 lbs. Any tips?
