first you need 100 head shots. that will unlock all camos i circled.
then in any order using only said gun, you need 20 double kills (Ronin Camo), 10 bloodthirsty medals (Skulls Camo), 10 longshot medals (Carbon Fiber Camo)
150 kills with no perks (Art of War Camo) 150 kills with no attachments (Cherry Blossom Camo)
after all of those are unlocked you will automatically get gold.

Ok, are you talking about Blops1 or 2? Because I started writing this out but it only applies to Black Ops 2.

Unlock every camo of a gun. At first it's only by kills and then specific challenges. That unlocks gold camo. Doing it for all the guns of a certain class(AR, SMG, LMG, Sniper, etc.) and you get diamond camo.
