Some owners be extortin nggas $250 - $350 a chair to cut in their spot...5 - 8 chairs...high-traffic..you do the math. Most owners are typically the sharpest nggas themselves and already have a reliable clientele which is why they decided to host a shop in the first place. If the ngga doesn't cut, and runs a barbershop he is likely a hustler/entrepreneur already.
