Large low calorie meals. You stay fuller longer and get a nice energy boost. My go to is a loaded salad- kale, lettuce, lots of chicken, olives, dried cranberries, croutons, bleu cheese, cucumbers, just a whole lotta shyt. Then about 30-40 ounces of water with it.
