Well, you need to have a movie, play, musical or some kind of acted role (e.g. television advertisement).
Then, you need to people to fill in roles for that movie or play.
Then, you put out an advertisement to fill that role. It would be good to request a headshot and bodyshot, and acting resume.
Then, you get responses. Look through and see who you would like to meet.
Call back each person and set up an appointment to meet with the actresses.

You could put an ad in craigslist and maybe, even the local newspaper.

Plan B. Find one of those blow dry bars. Its a bar that serves drinks and they style your hair. Weird business concept. Anyway, just get one of the arrow signs from Little Caesar's or Healthy Back. Change the words on it to "Ride ma dikk". and just hang out in front of the blow dry bar all day.
