I get paid Friday but it has been a struggle because I had to get my transmission fixed :wow:

I'll bounce back this Friday. .. my check is 2k :ohlawd:

But after bills and repaying my savings, I think I'm going to need to get my brakes done :wow:

So I would have a nice little 800 leftover but I have to anticipate the cost of brakes and oil change :mjcry:

Wifey been cooking and I stopped eating out....I'll really been straight at the end of the month when that check comes in :banderas:

the knowledge in this badboy works breh, there's also a audio version online

I buy very cheap but quality, nutritious stuff. ...honestly most fastfood and restaurant food are very expensive and unhealthy, and I never eat out. :smh: at this

My everyday diet

Parboiled white rice
classico tomato sauce( http://www.classico.com/= :blessed: :ohlawd:)
Tomato paste(Hunt)
Dry beans(great source of antioxidants, and very cheap to buy in bulk)
veal liver (organ meats are very cheap to buy, and very nutritious)
Eggs(cooked in virgin, unrefined coconut oil, salt, black pepper, butter and mushrooms)
$2 fresh mushrooms
dried dates( sweet tooth)
Brocoli
spinach
Celery
pickles(probiotics)
honey(when the price of it is low) for giving sweet flavour to tea
green bananas(cheaper than full ripe bananas, and good source of probiotics/PREbiotics)
homemade sauerkraut( sea salt and fresh green cabbage are dirt cheap)
water
kombucha tea(very cheap)
cheap but quality chinese green gunpowder looseleaf tea($6 for 1kg of decent green tea):banderas:
lemons( 15 fresh lemons for $1)...water + lemon juice = :ooh:

My budget is pretty solid so I haven't had this problem in a while. I keep a small amount in my savings that I use as overflow (less than $200) so I'm able to manage.

Start shaving out a small amount from your check for car repairs. ($100 or so a month).
