Hard to say. The initial drop is usually going to be water. Unless you are going to take on something that really changes your macros I doubt it. 5 in 7 isn't far behind the curve.

I should have elaborated...that's already past the initial drop...it took me about 2-3 days total to deplete my glycogen stores when I started. I'm just eating more protein and <100gs of carbs at no more than 2200 cals tops but I have consumed less cals during the week.

Not what you want to hear but patience. I was up and down and then dropped seven out of nowhere.
