Hard to say. The initial drop is usually going to be water. Unless you are going to take on something that really changes your macros I doubt it. 5 in 7 isn't far behind the curve.@The ADD I need a cutting diet...I've only lost 5lbs in 7 weeks...for muscle retention you think I could lose more in a shorter time period?
I should have elaborated...that's already past the initial drop...it took me about 2-3 days total to deplete my glycogen stores when I started.
