So
I lost 50 on my own in 2011

But this past year...got a new job....sedentary. .... way more money and overtime.....weight gain.

Clothes are tighter now.

I used to be able to fit clothes from high school and shyt though :wow:

Now...some clothes from last year are slim :flabbynsick:

Relationship plus money plus desk job equals :flabbynsick:

And yes ... prepare for more of these threads bro

I've seen nikkas 30+ change for the better.. Look at the Hodgetwins

I would suggest beginning to workout... Light to moderate in the beginning month or 2. Then increase from there.. You can do a lot of calisthenics and plyometrics to begin with

Also change your diet. Cut out drinking/smoking, drink more water, eat more fruits/vegetables, even fast from certain foods for a period of 2.

Once you begin to see progress, things will change as well

The only clothes that don't fit me from my soph year of college are shirts and that's because of my upper body getting bigger from muscle mass :blessed:

I work a desk job making good money too but I make sure to drink more water than I need and always stretch walk once in a while. The office job excuse ain't cutting it word to @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy!

My birthday was yesterday (26 :flabbynsick: ) so I did have a cookie sundae last night and a small slice of vienna cake ( @7Revo @Arianne Martell :ohlawd:) today at work :flabbynsick: so I'll admit shyt happens :heh:

When I was in military, it was a part of my lifestyle

Before I was in military and trying to get on college teams, it was a part of my lifestyle

And now to this day, it's still a part of my lifestyle. I don't even feel right if I haven't worked out in a couple days

Literally the last week of a month and its was 7 with no drastic changes. Dropped .6 this week, there isn't much logic once you are fairly low on carbs. How long has it been overall?
Two and a half months since I seriously started dieting.

cuz I used to do 2 days only since my tuesday nights and friday sat and sundays were all taken plus no way im doing leg day in them weeks.

Push, Pull x2 and legs and running outside.
gon be doing this till may :wow:
now im thiking leg today or push then pull tommorow and then legs. :patrice:

180-185 lbs 6'1 get at me nikka :damn:
