People don't realize when they cover their foods in a whole lotta shyt, they are never really tasting it. Once I cut salt for a bit, I knew what food actually tastes like.

of it, especially steal cut, makes my day go smooth.Salt is way too over used.
It only took a day or two without salt because I was too lazy to buy it, to realize how much we overly salt our food. It's ridiculous. And I am currently rebelling from my oatmeal for breakfast cause I wasn't feeling the flavor texture anymore. I add blueberries or fresh bananas to sweeten it (maybe a lil honey) but I gotta get back on it. Its just healthier and heartier.
I might try steel cut oats tho. Never really tried em cause I was under the impression you have to cook them for a long time. May I ask how you cook yours?
