Its mainly the Rican and Dominican women that NYC nikkas get all over, to my knowledge ATL doesn't have a sizable PR/DR population, most PR/Dominicans seem to live in the Northeast or Florida.

Black Women in ATL got to go up against Mexican Women and the ones on the East Coast can be looks wise, so its no surprise there's more bad BW than Latinas in ATL.
