If you're interviewing while currently employed, you should be fine. There is less pressure on you and you can just answer from the heart. You always want to promote what an asset you can be for the company and detail exactly why. Mention how well you work with those above you on the ladder and those below

If you mention a past weakness, pinpoint exactly what steps you took to correct/address it.

Why do you want to work here: I'd bullshyt something up about wanting to diversify your skillset/experience in a world where the demand for a diverse but competent set of skills is ever important. Or something.

Or not, other coli brehs surely have much better advice than me.

"Why do you want to work here?"

First do research on the company and their reputation. Any major achievements, patents rewarded etc. Big them up and spin it into you would be a good fit in the organization and be an asset.

"What are your weaknesses/strengths and how can they benefit us?"

List your strengths lol. Work well under pressure, meets deadlines, shows inititative etc.
Name on weakness but still spin it into a strength. Like say you have an issue with coworkers that drag their feet on submitting paperwork to you cause it slows your shyt down. Something like that.

You can do research on the company. It can be simple as "I think my experience fits the job requirements." Don't even have to mention anything about the company. If you say something like, "I want to work for a successful company in the <retail/sales/restaurant/etc> industry." but the company is in the red and has been going downhill, you might look like an idiot.

"What are your weaknesses/strengths and how can they benefit us?"
Strengths are strengths. That's kind of easy. "I'm a hard worker" or "I like working with people".
When it comes to weaknesses, you need to provide something that could be perceived as good.
This is wrong: "I'm lazy."
This is right: "I'm very big on paying attention to detail and doing things right the first time around. But sometimes, that causes me to not finish things faster than usual."

How dud yall go about answering those questions.
