Do you already have rewards points at a chain/spg type joint? If so, then that's where you want to go.
If you gamble around the country Harrah's is a good play.
But the Aria/cosmo is probably what you should do if you're just going to chill in the room, fukk, and go to the spa.

The Rio is cheap off the strip and has a spa... there’s also a legit pawg who works the dice tables.
Planet Hollywood isn’t bad cost wise and puts you walking distance from wherever you want to be. Ramsey’s Burgr restaurant is fire and it has a shopping mall attached complete with ratchet kiosk workers.
If it’s a mid budget romantic trip with your “partner”(
) just get a suite at the Delano, eat good Italian and make movies.
