what about Encore?
Cosmo is better. Encore is closer to the MGM. It's nice but it's not really a luxury spot.
If you got the bread, stay at the Cosmo. Smack dab in the middle of everything(Planet Hollywood is across the street and cheaper if you're on a budget).

I'm not trying to go all out for a three day trip. I thought about doing some other type shyt like going out to the Grand Canyon. She ain't on that level.
Hotel, food spots, drinks, that about it. If there are some type of events poppin then maybe we will check them out.

Havent been in a year, but The Bank in the Bellagio and Chateau @ Paris plays hella hip hop, LAX at Luxor plays hip hop... Those are the ones I can think of off top

Grab a planet Hollywood suite, take her somewhere nice for lunch and dinner, catch a cirque soleil show, get her picture drawn on Fremont street and you’re golden.

Aria has all that you are looking for. Known for spa/massages and the top floor suites have great views.

The other hotels you listed have bad views. Would not recommend if the view is something someone wantsThe Rio is cheap off the strip and has a spa... there’s also a legit pawg who works the dice tables.
Planet Hollywood isn’t bad cost wise and puts you walking distance from wherever you want to be. Ramsey’s Burgr restaurant is fire and it has a shopping mall attached complete with ratchet kiosk workers.
If it’s a mid budget romantic trip with your “partner”() just get a suite at the Delano, eat good Italian and make movies.

only if you get the big plastic 1 liter cup. Regular size drinks will run $15-25 depending where and what you get.
Example at Omnia a vodka redbull will cost more than say at Chateau or Light

Vegas has the #1 hip hop night club in the world Drais. Most those EDM videos you see those clubs also have dedicated hip hop rooms (not nearly as good as drais, also not nearly as expensive)Correct me if I’m wrong but

Light in Mandalay Bay has made a big push towards hip hop past 2 years.
The Palms remodeled Ghost Bar (now called Apex) late last year. Reopening other clubs this year, should be hip hop my guess.
Most nights Tao is hip hop (diddy, dj khaled, gucci mane etc have residencies at Tao)
Vdara is owned by Aria.. its just suites. No casino floor, no nightlife, no real food or shopping. They put all that in Aria. So if you ever want to do anything youll have to walk outside across the way to Aria just to play slots.
Encore is not closer to MGM. Its literally on the opposite side of the strip and Cosmo is in the middle.
Both are award winning top end hotels. Nothing low end about Encore, one the most expensive and fanciest hotels in the world.. i think you are confusing it with another hotel..
