It's hard to answer that question without knowing what your form looks like and what exercises you're doing. You should probably stop for a few days and see if it goes away or if the pain at least starts to fade. Either way, you might want to see a doctor just to make sure you're not risking any permanent damage to anything.

do this stretch on off days, it fixed my shyt up in 48 hours. Still comes back everyone in a while tho

i never stretch...just jump rope..money may style

That may be the problem. Stretching is extremely important, breh. A lot of people skip it because it's boring and people think it's a waste of time, but it's the opposite. You'll be able to lift heavier if you stretch properly before a workout, plus you can prevent serious and permanent injuries.

I suggest at least 5 minutes of stretching both before and after you lift (a lot of people who stretch ignore the post-workout stretch, which is not good, imo.)

im 6'2 athletic black and hoop twice a week

my fault..i noticed sometimes i look down on stretching and shyt like that

maybe my ego..but lessoned learned

sounds like tendonitis. you should rest...or at least stop doing push exercises with your arms for a few days. take some ibuprofen for the inflammation. diggy posted some good supplements that will help.

my elbows hurt too...when i do pushups i feel those sharp pains and sometimes my elbow pops
