Get that prep or whatever it’s called. shyt supposedly prevents you from contracting HIV. And those symptoms aren’t consistent with HIV. You probably won’t notice for years unless you got tested

The reason it’s harder for men to catch HIV from women is because the skin on the penis isn’t as thin as the skin inside a vagina (or butthole
) meaning it’s less likely to tear during sex. But if you do happen to already have a small tear in the skin for whatever reason you are more likely to catch it. It’s stil harder but not impossible and just because OP is a man having sex with a woman doesn’t mean he’s impervious to HIV.
OP it could be nothing but next time just wear a condom. I would Imagine the inconvenience of having to disclose HIV and take medication your whole life is worse than whatever inconvenience you had to go through.
