LA is a Hispanic majority city. The majority of the Hispanic women in LA are of Mexican and Central American descent. Which is why it’s being brought up because Caribbean Spanish women shyt all over them.

The other talking point is the larger and more diverse black population.

On an objective scale, a 10 is a 10 regardless of location. However, subjectively, a 7 in NYC could be "like a 10" in West Virginia relative to the compset. She's still a 7 regardless.

An a 10 in NYC is a 10 in LA and vice versa, those are like two of the beauty capitals in the US (Miami as well)

EDIT: You can find 10's in both cities, only thing is you might find more women of a certain build/look in either city. Ex. I found a lot of diversity as far as the look of women in NYC compared to that of ATL. Gorgeous women in both, however.
