NY and LA? It's probably about equal. LA women might be a bit better looking, just due to the nature of the city. A lot of good looking women flock there, hoping to get into the industry or to get chosen by a rich guy. And it's just a more superficial place with very high competition, so women know they gotta stay in shape if they want attention from a baller type dude
