Lol breh I've used my brother's resume plenty of times. He been schooled me on lying in interviews

I respect that. I used my father work experience early on. We Have the same name

If it's a job that wants you to have some experience or whatever and you know someone who has it, use them as a reference and havr them lie. Most jobs aren't gonna do an in depth search into that shyt. My brother and i just change the last name and have each other as references. Let's say you and your brother are named " Josh smith and Mark smith" , just change a name to "joshua jackson" or anything y'all agree to beforehand so he knows how to play it when they call.

They dont check unless you trying to pretend to be a doctor, lawyer, accountant or a government employee.

I know cause i have friends working jobs that require degrees and these companies never check once u pass the interview
