Nah, It was more of a punch to me than a stiff-arm , that usually comes from the shoulders...But that wasn't all shoulders. that was definitely palm to helmetis that technically a stiff arm? looks like he just knocks the hell out of him with his shoulder then pushes him off but i can't tell cuz of the video quality
