The Brehs nailed that shyt in the first two posts.
The excersize is just something you should do on the reg. I do it when I shyt just to make sure I do it x times per day.
Basically the muscle you use to stop pee, but flexing it makes my man jump, so that muscle.
Start by clenching as hard as you can for like 1 sec. Release. Another flex. Release.
When you can do 10 real strong of those, hold it for 5 sec. Clench as hard as you can.
It'll get stronger. Now I hold it for 10 sec easily and just do reps of that whenever I think about it. Like 10 in a whole day? Do as many as you want. Same as any muscle.
The breathing shyt happens in the moment.
First try to notice how you breathe when you start getting close
Then don't breathe like that. Concentrate on long slow inhales and exhales. Breathe through that shyt. Of course slowing down, pausing, changing angle, those help but you CANNOT take her out of her zone so you have to gut it out.
Sounds impossible if I remember back to before I learned to control it *more*. I can't say I am impervious. That bish catch me right and say some sick shyt with it she might get me. She'd have to be putting it down tho.
